Francesca is an avid exerciser and loves to hike, run, and lounge in Baja.  (Probably should have listed “lounge” first.)
Currently, Francesca sits on the Board of The Thursday Club Foundation and is the 2nd Vice President of The Thursday Club.  She is a former Charter Member of The Heartland Lions Club in El Cajon.  Her passion is community service and philanthropy, and she has worked on committees for many fundraising events, including Francis Parker Scholarship Fundraisers, Rady Children’s Hospital, The Thursday Club Annual Rummage Sale, and various Lions Club events.  During the years that her now-adult children attended middle and high school, she was the leader of Cathedral Cares and a member of WeCare.  Those two volunteer organizations were responsible for bringing speakers to various local private high schools to address social awareness of drug and alcohol abuse of young teens.

Francesca and her husband, Grant, are the owners of Trade International Group, a print and marketing brokerage, and Our Foods Inc. a food re-packaging and marketing group.  They have two adult children, Candice, age 30, and Grant III, age 26, both of whom reside in San Diego.
